Exemplo Medical offers personalized Customer Support to our clients at no additional charge.  Our customers are able to opt for any of these popular additional services:

• Premium Support Plan - Exemplo Medical's Premium Support Plan is available for extended hours (24/7) via phone or email.  This option is purchased in advance for $450.00 for five (5) incidents per calendar year

• Data Conversion - Data Conversion serviced are available to transfer electronic data into eMD.  Typical scenarios inlcude other software applications, Access databases and/or Excel spreadsheets.  Price is determined on type and size of transfer 

• Consulting Service - On-site consulting and technical service as well as remote consulting and servicing are available upon request
