ITEM 1-1 Registration New patients can enter their information
through the Internet or an Intranet. The application guides the patient through
a series of screens, requesting and capturing data while providing help on how
to fill the forms.
ITEM 1-2 Food Intake Journal The patient portal includes three type of
journals; food intake, exercises and personal notes. Patient can use the
journals to record daily notes.
ITEM 1-3 Messaging The ability to securely communicate with
patients is supported in MDB via the messaging system. This allows patient to
exchange information with their clinic from anywhere using a standard web
browser.
ITEM 1-4 Tasks Patients can check which tasks have been
completed and which ones need attention. This information can be made available
through the Internet.
