ITEM 1-2 History The application can displays previous medical history, such as allergies, co-morbidities, previous procedures and medications.

ITEM 1-3 Operation Surgeons can enter detailed operation information as well as additional procedures and complications.

ITEM 1-4 Graphs Visit measurements can be displayed in line graphs. Data represented includes weight, BMI and EWL changes.
